Job Order Received
Once a job order is received, our team schedules production, prepares thermoforming tools, verifies raw material specifications, and performs material inspection. An initial trial part is produced to confirm dimensions, strength, and packaging quality standards compliance.
First Piece Production
During first piece production, we thermoform the initial packaging unit using final tooling parameters. Engineers examine thickness, sealing areas, edge trimming, and dimensional accuracy to ensure the packaging performs consistently before approving high volume production begins.
In-process Inspection
In-process inspection monitors packaging quality throughout thermoforming production. Operators check sheet temperature, forming pressure, trim precision, and labeling readiness. Continuous sampling ensures each tray or blister maintains structure, clarity, and protective performance during packing and handling.
Outgoing Inspection
Before shipment, outgoing inspection verifies every thermoformed packaging batch. Teams review appearance, dimensions, seal strength, cleanliness, labeling accuracy, and carton condition. Only packaging that meets strict quality standards is approved for delivery to customers safely worldwide.
Store
Approved thermoform packaging is transferred to controlled storage. Products are organized, labeled, and protected to maintain shape and cleanliness. Inventory tracking ensures efficient stock management, quick order fulfillment, and safe distribution to customers shipments are scheduled.
